Carson M. Alexander

A native of Augusta, Georgia and a University of Georgia School of Law graduate, Carson is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on personal injury law. Carson fights for individuals who have been injured, helping them obtain the compensation they deserve. Whether it be a car wreck, truck accident, or other injury accident Carson helps injured individuals navigate the legal process.

​Prior to joining the law office, Carson was an Assistant Solicitor for the 2nd Judicial Circuit and prosecuted cases throughout Barnwell, Bamberg, and Aiken Counties. She completed a judicial clerkship in the Circuit Court of South Carolina, the highest civil and criminal state trial court in South Carolina. There, Carson clerked for the Honorable Brian M. Gibbons, Chief Administrative Judge of the 6th Judicial Circuit. Previously, Carson was a staff attorney for the Honorable J. Wade Padgett and the Honorable Daniel J. Craig of the Augusta Judicial Circuit.

Carson leads our litigation department at the law office, focusing her practice on catastrophic injury claims.

When she’s not in the office Carson enjoys staying involved in the local community, gardening, golfing, spending time with family, friends, and her 70 lb pup Amicus.
