What We're Looking For

Role Responsibilities

Assist Attorneys: Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, including intake, investigation, case preparation, records organization, discovery, and trial support.
Calendar Management: Maintain and update the litigation calendar, including deadlines for filings, court appearances, and other key dates.

TEchnology Skills

Proficiency in software and technology is essential for efficiently managing cases and supporting our attorneys. Candidates must be adept at using advanced cloud-based systems, tools, and digital communication platforms to save, organize, and appropriately name documents. Additionally, skills in using Adobe to merge, cut, and organize documents are crucial.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
Proficient in Adobe
Strong computer, cloud-based software skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to grow and learn.
Compassion for injured individuals.
